I have a feeling he will be back for the last few games, around the end of April.

Lets hope, by some miracle, he's back at the start of April.

He keeps on having set backs, such a pitty as we will really need him come April.

If he plays against city and arsenal that would be great

If they are rearranged

Whispers on City boards that our match with them has been set a provisional date of Wednesday the 5th of May, in between Bolton at home and Burnley away.

That would be one hell of a result for us, if true, possibly having Lennon back for then, and many others I guess.

As good as it was to see both Villa and City only getting draws,it also shows us that we are just as capable of getting a draw or worse when we visit Stoke and Sunderland. These games are absolutely must wins for us.We need maximum points as insurance for the games against Arsenal,Chelsea and Man Utd.

Villa and Stoke had a draw written all over it - with Villa's a mean defence and Stoke's muscular and physical approach. Two big physical sides cancelling each other out, even though Villa have more quality.

Despite City's result at Chelsea, who I believe were knackered after their exertions at Inter Milan - it was a great time for City to play them, as it was for Everton when they beat United - after playing away at the San Siro - like Chelsea. City have been reliant on their home form this season.

Our away form has been pretty decent recently asides from the Wolves game. In the Cup against Bolton we were pretty dire in the first half but improved greatly in the second.

Team selection will be imperative for Harry this weekend. I just wonder if he would be tempted to draft Crouchy in for this one given Stoke's height and threat from set pieces. Problem is he cant drop Pav in this form, he would get slammed if it back fired, and it would be a mistake IMO anyway. You never drop a guy in that kind of goal scoring form. We need Defoe's pace as well, we dont want a repeat of the Fulham game last week. Nevertheless I am sure Harry will come up with something semi unexpected.

Also will he stick with Luka in the middle? I suppose he will given our lack of options.

Bale is the key though, if he brings this form into Saturday we could well take the 3 points. He is literally unplayable and unstoppable at the moment.

A tight one to call for sure but Stoke are safe, 12 points clear of the bottam 3, we should want it more.

I hope we dont go into the game with the mindsight of a draw would be a good result. It may well be in the end but we should be going to win and Harry has to pump them up for this.

Massive opportunity for us and I would seriously start getting excited if we were to win this one. I reckon we would all start to really believe. Can we do what so many of us probably expect us not to do? Its a bloody tough fixture though really.

Wouldn't you love Lennon on one side bale on the other, modric, palacios, defo and pav

Ouch that makes me scared - get him back i might change my prediction to 30 pts out the last ten games lol
Yeah would be so sweet if that where the formation against city when we play them! we have to beat city! beat city beat city....... if we draw I can see liverpool sneaking past. Atleast our goal difference should equal an extra point.

Top 4 is so in the balance that i doubt the bookies can get a favourite! #
This has to be the tightest season ever, not just for top four! 6 or more teams in relagation battle 3 for title. great season for fans and neautrals
alike.

F.A cup and fourth spot... ???

betfair odds

man city 2.76
spurs 3.5
liverpool 4
villa 5

agree wit villa though thought the rest would be closer

God I'm so anxious about this " run in " , I'm watching villa games , city games and liverpool games as though I've got £100 on the opposing team to win . I was a stoke fan on saturday a sunderland fan on sunday and a pompey fan on monday .

I really feel our only chance is for our rivals to drop more unexpected point. The reason I say that is because when the horror trilogy arrives ( arse , chels and Utd ) its conceivable that we could loose all three of those games .

The everton game and brum game will really come back to haunt us I feel .
