And you're very right, the difference between potential success and failure, Hoddlesque in some respects. Certainly a player I would pay a lot to see, simply because of his range of ability and commitment. I don't have many positive things to say about Levy, but this is one instance where he knocked it out of the park and deserves all the platitudes bestowed upon him.

In a funny way I want him to be good but not too good. The last thing we want is his abilities coming on the radar of either of the two Manc teams or one of the bigger Spanish or Italian teams.

If we don't get some kind of European football next year I think he will be off. To be fair to the lad if he produces the form I believe he is capable of he deserves to be playing at the highest level.
