agreed mate much rather know he's out on loan playing in a tough league than be worried he's getting bored and plotting he's way out of spurs, if he's not ready to play first team prem games for us by start of next season he never will be ( not talking first choice but as a impact sub at least .)

He made quite an impact there end of last season - hopefully he'll get a full season in now, injury free - bang some goals in and get plenty of assists alongside frequent Soccer AM Showboat appearances :001_tongue:

I think he was going to make any kind of impact he would have done already.
Just don't think he'll ever make it with us - cash in I say.

I hear you but i love his ability to go past a man. If only we had eased him in properly, i cant even remember him starting a prem game, surely his confidence would have soared and we might have an impact player on our hands. Sometimes i think we need to have more faith in our young up and coming players. Granted, they wont all work out, but when they do we have a cracking player on our hands rather than a loanee who is linked with every mediocre club in europe. Rant over lol.

Yeah I see what you mean mate. He should have been started in a few more games especially against the lower clubs like the Derbys of the league when we play them at the lane.
I remember him coming on against Derby at the lane during the 125 season and his confidence was soaring.
I agree if he had started more games we might have seen a different player but then again, if you look at the last 2 seasons In the league we haven’t been in a position to put a lot of trust in untried youngsters really.

Also the carling cup run seems pointless after losing in the final. Surely adel would have been perfect for the early rounds, isent that what it for? I think we take it far too seriously, at the end of the day its a mickey mouse competition, which if you win only gets you into a second tier european competition which messes up your season:001_rolleyes:

Yeah seeing Adel in some of the earlier rounds of that would of been great.
I actually think QPR fans are better placed to make an assessment on him as a player seeing as they had him for a while last season and he was a regular starter.
I think this Loan could benefit him, but if he comes and he still can't crack it then we have to give up with him.

He won't be coming back to stay. We couldn't reach agreement with Malaga but there was an option in the deal to buy Taarabt after a season.
