Not really but we should never have sold him in the first place. He's one of those rarities - a Spurs youth who came good. People may not rate him sufficiently high enough but how many of our young players reach the top of the shop?:sad:

Never wanted him (back), always thought he was an annoying big **** when he played only because he knew how to use his height, taking the place of any great silk....would have been interesting to see him back with defoe, but we can do much much better, and deserve much better. Nah, don't want him.

I think he's a good player but if he goes to Sunderland we obviously didn't really want him so I'm not fussed.

Class act, would be precisely what we need. Good in the air, good on the deck, links well and has a real football brain, also rarely injured despite his bambi on ice looks.

Also we'll get Ms Clancy at the Lane reguarly and that has to be worth something.
