hoping he has been told he is taking zokora's place and will be first choice alongside big willy wilson. modric on left, lennon on right. perfect

last pre season Hudd was whipped into great shape by Ramos and co. but alas we came blasting out the gate like a one legged midget

hopefully he'll show improvement in his urgency and reading of the game this season plus he needs to use his strength more in midfield knocking people on their hole

Does look in great shape indeed. But I always thought he did. He's always been pure muscle.

Just a shame really that he moves like a snail. I'd choose Jenas to partner Wilson everytime over Hudd. Wilson is hardly the most quick and mobile midfielder ever so could you imagine how slow our midfield would be?

hudd has the potential to become a legend at the lane - yeah he might not be the quickest but palacios is the one whos gonna run around chasing people.id be more than happy with a midfield of mordric, hudd, palacios, lennon.

that midfield would get us about 10 goals between em in a season-we need a goalscorer in the cm - someone who is gonna arrive in the box and join up and sometimes run beyond the strikers - someone who is gonna get 10 -15 goals a season on their own and create some as well - and that is not hudd - hudd needs to learn from wilson and turn himself into the defensive midfeilder even though he could play second fiddle to palacios
