Hastings is quite right.The Uefa cup 84 win was a magic night with an incredible atmosphere.Even when I watch the dvd now I still get goosebumps when Tony Parkes saves the last penalty.
The best away game?.The two I loved the most were Millwall 0 Tottenham 5 in April 1989.This was a week after Hillsborough so we were not going have the Millwall fans gouge out our eyes and then shit in the eye sockets,even if we did turn them over 5-0 on their own turf.
My all time favourite away game was Arsenal at Highbury on New Years Day 1985.This is because:
1.We won 2-1.
2.It put us top of the league.

not been to many away wins unfortunately but best home game was watching popescu score against the arseholes in a 1-0 win :biggrin: not sure of year tho, mite of been 91/92 ish was ther to see us beat newcastle 4-2 and blackburn 3-1 in the same season. teddy and klinsman up front

The uefa final in 84 was the best home game.
The 81 cup final replay was my favourite away game.

Beating both the Red & Blue scum in semi's over the last few years takes a lot of beating. But both the above games just knick it for me.:thumbup1:
