So what the **** is our away kit then??????

That does look quite nice.

BTW, a bit off topic, is it true Bolton are changing to all red this season? I can't remember if I read it or was told it or dreamt it.

is that so their opponents blood doesn't show up on their shirts when they elbow them in the face??

Our away kit is a horrible city blue, although better than last years efforts. The third looks good, is a bit lighter than i'd hoped, will have to see it in the flesh to see if it's gonna be my prefered pub atire.

I take it I'm the only one who thinks the kit is;

a. revolting, last time I checked, shit brown was not a colour deemed either flattering nor aesthetically pleasing

b. for over 100 years we have worn variations on either a yellow and/or blue away strip. That is called heritage and is a means of identifying our clan, it is not an opportunity for some designer to make a few bucks out of more gullible football supporters. I have no recollection of brown appearing anywhere on our shirts or badge for over 100 years

that's the point tho, we used to wear it so it's being restored. i'd rather wear barby pink then the second and third kits from last year- shockers!!

I don't like the chocolate milkshake colour tho, had it been a dark brown and gold i'd have loved it.

So does that mean we will be wearing Blackburn's kit this season as well? And playing in muddy fields with heavy leather footballs with laces? Come on, it's just a very cynical marketing ploy by a brand who are attempting to identify themselves with the supporters by pointing out that "ooh look, you're quite an old club and historic really".

well better that than bring out some bizarre kit every year. there'll be new kits every year anyway now, but i'd settle for on i like and buy a couple.

Sounds like I'm in the minority but I like the third kit. It's a damn sight better than a couple of our recent yellow ones (I think I have one of the Hewlett Packard ones and it's shit!) and I don't see anything wrong with varying it a little.

It's great having history but you shouldn't always be tied down by it. I actually prefer this brown shirt to the home one at the moment. The white shirt seems to be just too sparse (I might well change my mind though, I usually do!)

Yeah i like it as well. I reckon the 'away' kit will be sky blue. Hints as much on the site anyway.

"This season you will also be able to personalise your shirt with a new range of European names and numbers, also available through our mail-order service."

Do you think this means they will be printing the puma font on the shirts??

Yer people need to remember are away kit lasts season with the blue and yellow that was like arsenals old away kit!

The brown kit is stylish and we wore the brown kit in the 1890 so the so called spurs fans who think they know everything will now know that the kit was the start of our heritage.

no i heard someone say aug 5th for kit launch except third kit ofcourse.

the other thing about these kits is the wet t-shirt effect. it looks horrible on the white, so much you can hardly read the sponsors name. What were puma thinking??

Yeah i know what you mean, only one season anyway, im sure complicants will reach puma and tehy'l make a better quality shirt new year. If the players however wore something underneath, which alot will come winter etc then the sweat won't soke through that far i hope!
