You know, I seem to remember we had a string of steady away performances like that under Graham, with lot's of 1-0's and such. He got lambasted for playing boring football. Harry's getting praised to high heaven for it.

Weird huh?

I still think we have played nice stuff, against Boro and Stoke we played some majestic stuff.

We arnt playing boring football, Harry had just made us hard to beat first and foremost.

Damn, if we could do that away from home we'd be title contenders!

Cant argue with that record!

I dont think its at the level of repetition and dullness that "he who shall not be named" forced us to play. We still played some beautiful football and not just against the lower end clubs, most of the top ones too.

Apart from Burnley and the 2nd Half against Man Utd, I havent seen us be thoroughly out-played from start to finish for most of the season. We have the creative genius of Modric, the pace of Lennon - the determination of Palacios & Keane. We are a completely differnet team from the boring times of the 90's.

Its great to see that WHL has become a fortress once again, hopefully we can maintain our record and push up the league.

Not really. The worst start in your history and the very real threat of relegation means all talk about the beautiful game gets booted into touch.
