The funniest things I've seen are as follows, in order of hilarity (often you had to be there):

1 - an Everton fan getting on the pitch and going apeshit because Spurs were winning 4-1 (Armstrong hat trick!), and the whole of the Park Lane and Shelf Side doing the Harry Enfield/Scouser/waving hands 'calm down calm down' bit, which made this guy go absolutely spastic underneath the pile of stewards

2 - A Yid throwing a Chupa Chup into the Charlton fans and icing a gobby ****er right on the head (and then getting ejected for his troubles)

3 - Chirpy getting punched on the beak by a Junior Spur

:D

The Ardiles defensive unit for the 1994-95 season, possibly more a tragic comedy than truly funny.

warming up in the 90-91 season before a home league game

Spurs are nursing Gazza thru his stomach injury so we can play him in every cup game.
Now he , Walshy and Nayim always used to mess around together , taking shots (bloody good fast ones too) , tackling each other basically being prats, so gazza, with bad stomach and stiches, tackles and shoves Walshy out the way and then gets punched in the stomach area by Walshy .
walshy then suddenly remembers Gazza aint feeling too good in that area and you can see him shitting himself thats hes messed up our plans .
GAzza being Gazza plays on this and crumples in a heap , Walshy browns his shorts and starts runnign off to get help, Gazza waits until hes gone a way and then gets up and looks at the Paxton lane stand and rips the piss out of Walshy for falling for the act. Classic tho you had to be there

in a game id have to say Spurs v Luton 91-92 possibly we are down to 9 men Luton down to ten even Links is scared he may get booked the refs lost it. we re winnign tho with a few mins to go, Eric the Viking rools the ball out to Gazza who kicks it back to him (in the days when keepers could pick up) , Gazza then runs away to the halfway line closesly marked by some Luton ****, Gazza then runs back to eric and gets the ball and then kicks it back to him. each time gazza sprints away and is followed by the Luton guy, and then turns quickly, sprints back to eric gets the ball and returns it to him before the Luton guy can get there this happens about 7 times before the Luton muppet gives up
hilarious

Not the funniest thing I've seen, but the funniest thing to happen to me whilst at WHL;

We played Luton in the League Cup (I think) in early 90's. We went one nil down and Pat VDH was then sent off. About two minutes later the floodlights went out. After about half an hour or so we gave up as we were cold and bored and assumed the game would be abandoned. We didn't listen to the radio on the way home but that evening watched MOTD. We had one 4-1 (Scott Houghton scored two if I remember). BUGGER! I am still to this day convinced that old VDH smashed the floodlight control in a fit of pique, he was never the most stable of characters.

Two or three seasons ago against Chelski, we drew nil nil. On my way back to my car I suddenly realised my worst nightmare, I had lost my car keys in the stadium, DOH! I made my way back to my seat, I had borrwed a mates ticket and he sits right at the top of the East Stand! The stewards told me that I would have to wait until ALL of the fans had cleared the stadium before searching for my keys, which were nowhere to be found. How I got the car home is a long story but all I will say is that hanging around an industrial estate of WHL at 22:00 on a Sunday evening is not for the faint-hearted! Anyway, two weeks later and it's half time, some random bloke bent down in the row in front of me and said "'Scuse me mate, are these your car keys?" I now attach a carabina to my keys!

Well that would be between Bosnich nazi saluting the North Stand of which i was seated, Dipshit, His career nosedived shortly after (excuse the pun)!
Or Redknapp for Liverpool shooting at the hapless Walker in goal from 30 yards with a grass cutting shot that hit a divot 2 yards in front of Walker as he knelt to scoop the shot and looped over his stupid head and into the net. Classic! Even Redknapp laughed.
When Walker smiled he was booed but you had to laugh really!

For me it's when we played ManUre a few seasons ago and the whole stadium was singing a certain song.
It started in the Paxton when a couple of fans were telling us that at Bolton away, the game before, some spurs fans were singing this song. Within ten minites the Pax lower were in full cry which spread to the Shelf lower and on to the Park Lane. By the Start of the second Half the whole of the stadium cranked it up a notch or two and it was repeated again and a again......

OHH Posh Spice is a slapper, She wears a wonder bra and when she's shagging Beckham She thinks of GINOLA..... OHHHH again and again.

Becks was clearly unamused but the harder he tried to silence us the louder we got which got even louder when Ginola got the ball and he was revelling in someone else's misery.

I bring this up because someone just mentioned Ginola.

Last season we played Fulham at home and we won 1.0 defoe goal and lennon dazzled. Anyway ginola was a guest for skysports and was ask if he wanted to see the crowd at half time which he accepted. Before he went out he said to Richard Keys i hope they cheer me ( He's a ****ing legend for good sake!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!) He came out and the lane went ape shit he was nearly in tears bless him and it sent chills down my spine which reminded me the reason i wanted to be a footballer.

WHAT DID HE EXPECT TO HAPPEN LOL

One of the funniest things I saw at The Lane was Mitchell Thomas, looking like Grace Jones, plodding his way around matches.

Funniest thing I remember was when Arsene Wenger made his way out for the first time and the whole crowd started chanting "He's worse than Michael Jackson". I'm sure he didn't mean it to, but Gerry Francis' wave to the crowd during this chant looked very much like an acknowledgment and endorsement of what was being sung...

This sounds damn harsh, but the funniest thing I saw was a mentally handicapped person get a ball smashed in to their face when someone kicked it off for an injury. I couldn't help but laugh my head off at their reaction, It makes me chuckle to this day.

That is indeed harsh.. But the dark side of me fully appreciates the humour.. Tell me Houdini, is your real name Eric Cartman? ;)

Well, he'd have to leanr to keep that anti-semitism in check..but I'd love to see a Cartman plot to poison Wenger ( a paid up member of NAMBLA, if anyone's seen that episode)
