its like a war on the pitch.
leeds got a soft pen just now and beckford missed it.
Not sure who to cheer on here. I'm thinking leeds because they gave us robbo, lennon and keane

Leeds giving us that fat clown is more of a reason to support Millwall :glare:

I remember telling people the first time I saw him play, 'we've a kid called Lennon, we've totally shafted Leeds, bought him for 1 million. Wait til you see how much he will be worth, mega bucks.'

expected a lot more from beckford. I've been hearing really goodthings about himbut he didnt show up and he seems to have a short fuse.
He elbowed the keeper and should have got a red card in the league match.....so when they get a dodgy pen the goalie saves it.
I think the lad beckford has learnt the drogba lesson. Its known as karma.

32 goals this season for Leeds and worth a gamble for top championship clubs.

yeah lennon was special the moment I watched him. He's got natural gifts like a triffic first touch and that was nothing to do with coaching. He's more than just a speed merchant and as he develops he could become a complete winger. He actually reminds of joaquin but I'm condfident he wont waste his talent and will be consistent every single season. Joaquin to be fair wasvery consistent at betis but at valencia he just looks a shadow of his former self.
Just make sure we keep aaron for the rest of his career. :001_smile:
the keano did was also just as triffic.
Leeds were so depserate to get him off the wage bill they paid 50% of his wages for the duration of his contract (something like that) and we only paid £7m. :001_smile:
110 goals and great service in the end we've hardly paid apenny in transfer fees.
paid
£7m to leeds
£12m risng to £15m lpool
sold
£19m

yeah I know he's had a great season I'm not doubting that but today the occasion seemed to get to him.
I dont judge players on the couple of times I see them my opinion forms after at least 5/6 games.
Beckford would probably dovery well at Championship level he actually reminds me of .........
Darren Bent.

How many play off finals have their two finalists confirmed yet?
I know that Cambridge United vs Torquay is for getting into League 2..
Burnley vs Sheffield United in the Championship..
Milwall vs ?
and what about League 2?

I'm hoping Leeds. If Scunny can squeeze past MK Dons this Friday (and I think we can get that vital goal!) then I'd rather them than those dirty bastards down Millwall.

It's a shed, but it's where my Grandad's from so I love it, warts n'all. And I'd look up Scunny's history if I were you. Quite a bit of heritage come out of that club. Including a certain past Spurs great

Well seeing as anyone can wiki in 5 seconds these day's, it's not a big deal tbh.
And I know it's hard to read someones tone from simple text, but please don't assume an arrogant, condescending tone with regard to a subject that is part of someone's personal family history. I wasn't being condescending to you, I just thought you might find it interesting.
I don't like to make assumptions about people but I'm sure there's plenty you know little about concerning my grandfather's hometown, it's club and it's history, that you can't read on an online resource or book.

Well it's Millwall then. They're gonna be tough to beat if we get to Wembley, but we've beaten them twice this season, including a 2-0 win at theirs, so I know we can do it.
Just got to grab a vital goal against MK Dons tonight!
