Haha.. edited post, I read the first one, I was shocked by the language ;)
What more can we say Barnes, do you think one of us might happen to be related to Duff or something, knowing every details as soon as it happens?

Barnes,
These things take time the player has 2 offers on the table one from his own club and one from SPURS to which our one's better, he left training early today so that may indicate somethings about to happen. If we reach there valuation of £10m or near it. TBH im 70% sure it's going to happen the guy just wants to play football and is fed up of being a bench warmer.

Some Chelsea fan is saying that he left training as he had blisters on his feet. He is indeed injury prone!

It'd be fantastic if he comes. My only worry is Mourinho. The colossol p***k might tell him he can be happy at Chelsea or unhappy rotting in the reserves. Somethings got to be done about Chelsea, as they are the only club that can afford to do things like this. I reckon for the good of the sport FIFA need to bring in a rule that wages cannot exceed 70% of overall revenue. This is what normal clubs (there abouts) do anyway. Billionaire owners will f**k up the sport.

Particularly when their money is dirty and they use football for laundering.

well uefa dont like clubs in the champions league that are trading at such a huge loss (over £120 million deficit last year) ie Chelsea
maybe they could issue them a warning, sort out your finances or we dont want you
end of the day theyre still a shithole football club with complete ****heads as fans .
if duff aint good enough for chelseas first team then he certainly aint gonna be good enough for ours , we dont want or need skanky castoffs thankyou

Chelsea can't keep making losses of that magnitude, I've a feeling when there chairman becomes bored with them he'll throw them away like a used kiddies toy. then they will be proper Fooked.

That is a nice idea, but sadly the stranglehold clubs like Chelscum have over UEFA will prevent that from happening. The last thing UEFA want is to give the likes of Abramovich more ammunition to justify forming a break-away leauge. I think there is certain " Better inside the tent pissing out" mentality on this issue! However, you are perfectly correct in that the levels of debt in football are really quite ridiculous - somoene is going to crash and burn soon, I am certain.
Choda, your idea of a 70% wage bill law is a fantastic idea, as it would stop clubs going broke, slow down the inflation in the Football Economy and encourage stable and sustainable growth from the bottom up. A wage-cap would be unfair to players, but this idea serves the same purpose in effect without constraining players opportunities to earn.
Choda for FIFA!!!

Chelsea are wrecking the game....they would be perfectly happy telling Duff what he wants to hear just so we don't get him. I'm convinced that the top four are shitting themselves about us this season - and selling us Duff would not be a good move for Chelsea. But in the interests of good competition and not abusing the fact that they have an endless supply of cash, and also giving the lad (27-not getting any younger) a chance to play regularly.

I think Chelsea's long term plan is to sign every world class and top class player in the world and pay them enough money not to play for their rivals?

Customs should check the Chelsea gear very thoroughly just in case the Godfather makes use of their overseas trips to sneak contraband between borders.
