It's full time now and the score remains unchanged. 3 out of 3 when we haven't been back training for too long and are still understrength.
Must feel confident about the new season.

i think it is pyo hence him being sub each time for not too many minutes , as he is soo fit he doesnt need a break like the feeble englanders

Was Charlie Lee in the squad taken to France? I thought it was the Korean.

Maybe it was, he came on at right-back today so it could well be.
Noticed that both goals were scored whilst Berba, Defoe and Robbie were on pitch...

And the Spurs 11 under Clive Allen won 3-1 as well. What a pre-season. The Dixon guy scored twice. We may not even have to spend on a spare striker.

I wouldn't want to get too hasty on that one, yes he does look like he may have potential but don't start putting too much pressure on the young lad's shoulders. I can think of young Spurs strikers in the past that we've had high hopes for, and where are they now, playing for the likes of Grays Athletic ;)

No, not putting pressure on him and I don't really think he'llbe in the first team squad until after Christmas if at all this season. I'm just getting more than excited as I cannot remember since when we had a spate of good wins like that.

why not put a bit of pressure on him ,hes gotta grow up and get used to it if he wants to make it.
isnt that what they did to rooney and i think hes made it, persoanlly i think we hide our youngsters too much , play them a bit then discard them cheaply instead of showing faith in them and developing them , having said that i cant think of any that have come back to haunt us!!!! well not many huh:p

dixon scored twice and only played 45 mins. no sign of pekhart, wonder if he's away with this u-19's tournament or whatever it is. Not sure why lee pyo isn't back yet, surely if he went out in quals of world cup he should be ok to start again.

I think that Dixon has got to get used to the pressure, after all, when we first heard of him people were calling him the Irish Rooney.

They have his mug-shot on the Official site. The comparison to Rooney is uncanny. Looks as much a skinhead as Rooney does.
