Do we think we will snap up anyone out of the mayhem?

There's talk about the lazio full back Oddo. Meant to be quality. Never seen him play.
Maybe Nedved is worth a punt. He is still got real class... but for how long? Maybe Thuram... I reckon he's got another good year or two in him. Can't see us getting anybody else quality. Don't think Toni would fancy being back up to Berb,

i cant actually see us signing anyone from the italy sales. maybe Oddo or possibly Zambrotta if we could persuade him but i doubt it

I'd go along with that maybe Nedved could solve our L/M problem, agree he's getting on a bit but still a class player.

Zambrotta would be ideal, but something tells me no CL football=no Italian players coming to Spurs. A shame but probably true.

Have seen him play once and he really impressed me and scored two goals... He's a lot better offensivly then salty and is pretty strong and quick.. plus he got a good shot...

from what ive seen and heard of Oddo he is a very good, energetic and efficient performer. he would be far easier to attract as he plays for Lazio so was only expecting to play UEFA football not CL and that is what we can offer him with the very real chance of progression to the CL and breaking into the english top 4

I think realistically we won't sign any of the big names, no CL means they will go to Inter, Roma, Barca, Real and the Premier League top 4.
Who would have thought that ****ing lasagne would prove to be even MORE costly 2.5 months on.
I got to admit I also haven't heard of Oddo but I think we may be able to buy some of the quality players on the fringes of the first team (let us not forget the serie a sides having be doing a Chelski for over 5 years buying quality bench-warmers).
Zambrotta would be a dream, but as about as likely as Naomi Watts and Nicole Kidman ring me up and asking if me and the missus want a foursome.
I think we should make a cheeky bid for Nedved.

i doubt we will sign anybody from the italian uber-sale's but we may well pick up someone from the trickle down.

Oddo is a good attacking right back... in his late 20's...
Nedved and Thuram would excellent buys...
Mayb Toni and Ufalusi from Fio would be good buys as well...

Itis cant hack it in the epl anyway.
look at whos come , tried and left
with the exception of Zola and Vialli i cant think of many of the quality we'd want who have succeeded, tho i have to admit ive not thought too hard about it!!

The only player I really want us to sign is Zambrotta to take Stalteri's position, almost definately wont happen though.

Yeah, Zambrotta would be nice if he would like the challenge to be the final piece to the birth of a new European dynasty.
