Should have been a lot more. I think they will only pay about £5m a year for about 5 years.

There was some reports saying he fine could have been in the region of £45m so £25m seems very leniant.

i thought it was bzarre that season when Wham played Man U last game of season and WHam needed to win to stay up and lo and behold Man U let Tevez score the winner for Wham , who then gave him to Man U for nothing, very strange

Isn't that the whole point, that he's not owned by West Ham? The 18m Liverpool paid for Mascherano didn't go to them.

the sheff utd players of the team that was relegated due to the pikey's cheating are also sueing them for loss of earnings which will add another£5to £8 mil on top!!!.
theres also an inland revenue case (non payment off) which you havn't heard about yet:001_smile:

yeh, the point i was making is that Man U played crap, allowed WHam to win, allowed Tevez to score the winner that kept WHam up, and then ManU get Tevez without even a fight by WHam.
Collusion springs to mind.

It does make you wonder doesn't it?

Reports today that Warnock is also making a personal claim along with Blade players.

West Ham's only saving grace is that Zola looks like he could be a gem of a manager (I know it's early days).
