FIFA is getting to be as big a joke as the FA. The sooner Beckenbauer becomes its President, the better.

Agreed.Throughout the recent world cup in Germany, Beckenbauer showed himself to be a real football man with real integrity. He surely has to be the front runner to replace blatter or johansson.

id like to see beckenbauer as president. the entire governing body of football is made up of suits and stiffs who have never had anything to do with top football and no comon touch what so ever. brian barwick as F.A chief exec says it all

And I'd like to see some of those wholed England to glory be with the FA. People like Charlton, Peters and Cohen.
