Which Spurs player leaving would leave u completely devastated? Which player leaving would dissappoint you most?

For me it has to be Robbie Keane. He can produce the unexpected and has a terrific work ethic, which is a rare thing. He has real passion for this football club and we have to appluad the way he took his chance last season.

Choosing between ledders, Daws and Keano was almost impossible.

For me, it would definately have to be Paul Robinson.

He has such a good relationship with the fans, always happy to give them a wave or even throw them his gloves. Also, having him between the sticks, gives me great faith in not conceding many goals and although he has had his bad moments and had a bit of a dodgy World Cup, he is only gonna improve, he is still only young in goalkeeping terms.

It has to be Ledders, our best player by a country mile. Spurs through and through, an inspirational leader and player!

There are quite a few....

But yes, I think I'd have to go for King. He, for me, is Tottenham through and through, our captain and irreplaceable. Quality.

king is the king, i can't wait to see how good he is this year. i really thought he stepped up as a man last year. i'm not bothered about robbo, i like the fact that he's england keeper, but i don't think he's as good as some in the prem. I really like watching defoe play so i would be gutted if he left. King is irreplaceable.

Yeah, we definately have more players who I'd like to stay than go at this moment in time. There aren't many players who I'd be emotionless or glad about them leaving.

Hmmmm, Murphy is one of the few I can think of that fits into that category.

Yeah im not massively fussed about Murphy either, although his euro experience could be handy.

Yes, definately. Although not Ghaly I want to see him play first.
I like your avatar! It's like Spiderman crossed with Spurs!

Isn't it like the Dharma logo from LOST, incorporated with Spurs?

i was pretty devastated when Mido left but we knew it was coming so it wasnt as bad. id be most upset if Jol went, good players come and go but a great manager and character like Jol certainly are rare. on the player front im not sure, ther are so may to pick but i suppose it would be ledders, its never good losing a captain. king by name, king by nature

I'm a pragmatist. I don't mind anyone going if it means improving the team and our competitiveness.

Wow what a choice to make, I would have to go for Robinson all top teams have to have a great G.K.and we need to keep him, King is my second choice.

Interesting 24 replies (including a few Lost diversions, btw Mr.Echo is by far my favourite character) and not ONE mention of Carrick. 14 million doesn't seem so bad does it?

For me it is impossible to say one player. However if we lost any one of the core of Robinson, King, Dawson, Lennon, Lennon, Jenas, Keane and Defoe (yes, Defoe, I reckon he will have a cracking season) I feel it was ruin the group dynamic of the team. Add Zokora and Berbie to this and we have such a good starting line-up.

I haven't included Carrick because he won't stand up and be counted, so **** him.

Lennon would be a double loss indeed ;) unless of course we signed Neil Lennon and noone told me.

WHY DID NOONE TELL ME?!

Lol. I missed that. Neil Lennon, the kind of player we would've bought circa 2000.

Him and Freund in the middle. We would have easily won the league...

As much as I love King, Dawson, Lennon and a few others, if we lost Paul Robinson I think it would be the biggest problem for us.... but now you've got me thinking about Radek Cerny and he did pretty well when he came in...

In this order; Robinson, King, Lennon, Dawson, Zokora (hardly seen him play at all but I have a feeling!)

i would be disappointed if anyone left or asked to leave not so much the fact that they aare leaving but the message it could send out . but king i think would be the greatest losss as a player , though as someone pointed out loosing martin jol would hit the hardest

King, Robbo, Lennon... All indispensible. But if may favourite player, Keano left I'd just break down and cry...
