Realistic please.

Theres 3 1/2 hours to go of the transfer window, who do YOU think we should bring in, while there is still time.

Ill start the ball rolling:

Hijack that Arshavin move, Imagine the look on them Gooners faces at 5pm! Plus as a debut agaisnt them at WHL would be immense.

Quaresma. While I would love to see Keane back, we don't need him now.

Quaresma would be an unbelieveable coup. he is such a talent and reminds me a lot of Cristiano Ronaldo.

Trouble with him is he is LACKING in form and confidence. Being Boo'ed by his own fans against a low-end Serie A team cant help really.

I hope we get him, but It would be a risk. On the other hand, he is a NATURAL LEFT WINGER!!

Quaresma isn't up to the physical side of the Premier League. Good player but chicken hearted, certainly not what we need in a relegation scrap.

I'd like to see a real scrapper at the club iif only on a short-ter basis, someone with the sort of fighting qualities that Robbie Savage epitomises.

Agreed.

Bring back Michael Brown!!, not.

Yeah we need a scrapper alright.

You know the one player who has impressed at the dreaded barcodes - that Guterez (spelling I know!) Jesus he has some motor on him, plays on their right hand side and never stops going - his quality aint bad either. Not saying him at all but just noticed his level of commitment - great attitude and could be the Geordies most important player. He's the kind you need for a scrap.

Reading's Hunt?

I don't know what to make of this to be honest. I wanted a big target man who could give us that out ball. I'm not sure about that Quaresma geezer, I can see him being another light weight in midfield like modric.

We need ball winners and fighters on the pitch.

Heskey must be one of the best value deals of this transfer window.

Hunt would be an interesting signing.

HE would add some fight to the team; I just worry that he doesnt have the quality to really help us to climb out of the situation we are in atm.

I think it would be an interesting option. Its all about balance in your side, we have enough quality in our sqaud and what we need is a few battlers. You gotta win the battle to win the war so to speak. Plus he plays on the left and would protect who ever our LB is..probably BAE. Not sure about going forward though...good choice for away games perhaps.

That Gutiererz (sp) is quality. Argentina use him in most of their big away games as he's good defensively and offensively. Can play all along the wide areas of the pitch on either side. Not sure how they got him and Colocinni, they must be on a lot of money is all I can say.

Turkish, I said a fighter, not a psychopath.

It is realistic. I dont see why we cant. If we're stumping up silly money for Keane, then why not put the same money for Arshavin?

You can't see why paying the same amount for Arsharvin as Keane would be stupid. One is proven in the EPL, speaks the lanaguage (barely, like most Irish), wouldn't require 50 person entourage. The other is a Russian.
