Thats it...I will officially lose the plot if this is true - diabolical desicion if true, CRIMINAL. We aint gonna play Keane and Defoe for the long term - and we have potentially one of the best wingers in the world (if he improves his end product) in Lennon - he's stilly only 21 and has been around for ages.

LENNON IS THE ONE PLAYER I WOULD NOT SELL FROM THIS SQUAD - THE REST ARE REPLACEABLE.

unfortunatly its not about the long term mate.

Reality is HR is only thinking about keeping us up and this could have a disasterous consequence for next season (no lennon:sad: and the fact keane and defoe cant play together:sad: )

the cancer was caused by DL and we are now seeing the devastating consequences.

Yep agree entirely JS and understand Harry's perspective..he's thinking of Keane's presence on and off the field...leadership qualities....for a relegation scrap etc. Not happy though, any other player bar lennon and I would be saying deal with the Defoe and Keane scenario later.

If we get rid of Lennon, it will be one of the most absurd things I have ever witnessed at the club.

I'd be gutted if Lennon left, only because of this seasons performances where he looks like he might actually start developing again.

If it happens, no excuses for Bentley to not step up a gear.

I admire your dedication Berbz

Aaron Lennon has been our only consistent performer of an acceptable standard this season... would be absolute madness to even consider letting him move on.

PMSL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This comment by Rafa must of made the hairs on Keanes neck go up

'He was left out because we were considering all our good players and who we needed for this game. It was only a decision based on this match and our requirements.'

LOL.

And do you support Harry's sentiment, even when taking in Berbz's opinions on Corluka?

Didnt 'arry sell Benjani (top scorer in the league at the time) last Jan transfer window so he could get Defoe? It wouldnt suprise me if Lennon went the other way TBH.

I would be totally gutted......Carrick, Keane, Berba and now maybe Lennon. Selling all our top top players means only one thing......we are a selling club:thumbdown:

It really pisses me off when I hear DL saying hes a Spurs fan, how many of us would of let these types of players leave without a fight?

Also, has there ever been a club in the world, except for spurs, who sold both of their top class strike force at the start of the season???? probably not, if we go down theres only one man to blame IMO

Benjani could definitely do a job for us. We've already had some heavy snow, with a lot more to follow over the next day or two. With Benjani's work rate, he can shift that. It might take more than 90 minutes, possibly 180, but going on past performances, he won't rest till it's all gone.

I'D be happy enough with that!!!

Obviously I hope it isn't the case.

Modric is world class. Give him a chance, haven't you seen the flashes of brilliance we have seen so far this season?

Flashes of brilliance haven't helped us out of the bottom half of the table.

I know i know its the whole team, but he doesn't help things.

I know i know its the whole team, but he doesn't help things.

But the flashes of brilliance should be enough to convince us that he's worth keeping faith in, having only seen him for a few months. He's the most talented player (bar Berbatov) that we've had in recent times.
