Just read this book by Trevor Tanner about the Spurs firm. Not really into mindless violence but (forgive the ignorance) never realised the Spurs firm were so fearless and ruthless (well according to the author anyway). Can anyone dispel or prove this myth? Any other comments on the book greatly appreciated. Cheers

An unfortunate 'first' I do believe were Spurs hooligans in Rotterdam I think. They were acknowledged as the first real case of English supporters kicking off abroad.

Spurs may not have the notoriety, but they can look after themselves very well if cornered .

was anyone at Feyenord in 92 cup winners competition when we was all downstairs and the dutch were in the upper tier pissing on us all match and the dutch old bill just laughed, probably had good memories of the previous time we visited.

Also spurs used to take over the White Hart by Chelseas old dump (when it was a dump) pretty much every season and one season 90-91 took over the Arsenal main pub too prior to the friendly local derby

i wasnt there on these occasions cos im too good looking to risk getting hit!!!

Tottenham's firm have allways been one of the top's in london & the whole country. many times the Gunners Pub has been smashed to bit's and the North Bank Arsenal has been taken countless number of times. Just a couple of years ago one of Millwall's main boozers got wrecked by Yids, maybe this confirms there notoriety.
