By my lights, our objectives are as follows:
1) to finish within the first 4 in the EPL
2) to win the UEFA Cup
3) to win the FA Cup

Sounds about right.
If Boro got to the final, we should be able to thrash the UEFA.

to win the UEFA Cup.... we need to make Spurs a permanent fixture in the top 5 and not do a Leeds or Everton and slip away straight after acheiving CL footy..

For me, the FA Cup first, 4th place in the EPL second, and lastly the UEFA Cup. Winning the FA Cup may be financially more rewarding than the UEFA Cup; and anyway it will restore our very fine FA Cup tradition.

The F.A Cup would be great, and according to reports it's gonna be in the Millenium again!!!
Here's hoping....

do the double against the 'big' four , that should then get us top four finish in the EPL, then UEFA ,then FA
EPL and Champs League qualification comes first , the rest our bench can take care of if neccesary

In an ideal world the most important to me would be
1. Champions League Winners (someday)
2. Premier League Champions (hopefully one-day before i meet my maker)
Realisticly i would settle for Top 4 finish and Uefa cup winners. if Boro got to the final im sure we can, be nice to beat West Ham in the final.

Well, I guess this should come from me as I'm less than 2 months short of 59, and have quite a host of medical problems.

Well in my 40 years i have seen us win everything except the CL & EPL so it would be nice oneday. seen us go to close to winning the league to many times, like to win outright.

To win the CL is very difficult, but to play in the final - definitely not impossible. Berbatov did it with Bayer. Why not with Tottenham??? We have terrific young players who will become better in the following seasons.

1) get at least 9 points against Man U, Chelski, Liverpool and the Scum.
2) Win the UEFA, I'd prefer we had a long run in it so we get plenty of European experience.
3) To secure a higher position in the league above the Scum by the end of March.
4) Berbie, Defoe and Keane to score 50 goals this season.

Win the u.e.f.a. cup, would be a great night, finish 4th, win f.a. cup in that order. I have been a supporter for over 40 years and seen many false dawns, but I really believe that the mighty cockerel is ready to crow again.

Realistically I'd settle for either a top-4 finish OR a UEFA Cup win! To get both would be our best season since 1961 (due to the importance of the Champions League for money's sake.)

i think top 4 most important , if we want to keep on improoving our squad we have to be able to offer champions league football next year . plus the cash flow from this tournament dwarfs anything else .
