Defoe was left out during Portsmouths game with Arsenal. Aston Villa have made a £16 million bid for him, Harry has so far said that Tottenham have yet to of made a bid for Defoe, But Defoe is still strongely linked with a move back to the Lane?
Where is he going to end up? :cursing:

Well Tony Adams said hes had no bids for him, something tells me Defoe would prefer to come back to London than go to the midlands. However Villa have a real chance of breaking into the top 4 this year plus MoN is a great manager to play for.
I'd love Defoe to come back to spurs we need a striker who can score out of nothing.

I think one of his birds lives in Warwick .

I may be way off, but on teletext the other day, the story directly after that of Harry saying he wasn't going for Defoe, was 'Chelsea will buy a striker in January.' Am I putting 1+1 together and getting 3?
