Ive quoted from the paper which made intresting reading.
Daniel Levy admits Tottenham have been the great underachievers during his reign as chairman.
But he absolved himself of most of the blame by accusing former manager Martin Jol of going behind his back and claiming sacked boss Juande Ramos had fallen out with key players.

Sounds like Levy is trying to back himself up. Jol must of laughed when he read that.

At the end of the day LEVY is responsible for all the glory or lack of this club achieves.
HE runs the club so the blame stops with him.
If redknapp fails its DL fault because he picked the manager and sacked the last one.

on ssn the other day in his interview they talked about him selling the club
he said he wouldnt have no matter what
its always the chairmans fault when things go wrong
and always the manager who gets the glory when things go well.

I think it was in yesterdays Evening Standard where Levy stated that it was Ramos that gave the go-ahead to sell Berbatov, while saying that the board would have kept him.So who was it in that press conference who was blubbing about the bully boys from the big four tapping up our players, and admitting that now the players had been unsettled, the club had no choice but to sell them?.
