Sorry guys for thus negative post but thats how I'm feeling at the mo.
Ok so we all know Spurs are Man Ure offical feeder club so I thought we should try to predict who will be next out the door when old red nose comes knocking:mad:
I'm going for BALE coz we all know how good this guy is and if he continues to get better and better we will have a world class left back. Once that happens we all know whats going to materialise. Plus we've just signed him up to a new long term contract so the transfer fee will be even larger.
The only way I'd be happy to sell to Man Ure would be if they offered spurs £25m for Jenas:D

It is a negative post but I was thinking of doing a similar one! We should keep this thread for exactly this time next year...it would be fascinating from a depressing point of view! I went for Bale too.

Its a simple as this... We need to be taken over by mega-loaded owners that give us money as we please like Abramavich and Abu Dhabi...

I have to agree - we need a billionaire backer.

It's not a question of who.
Sheringham, Carrick, Berbatov....
Mainstays in our teams over the years, very important Spurs players.
Yet, Manure come along and it's 'oh, we'll have you' and we have no answer, it's like 'no, no, NO, OH-OK Then'
Unless we get bought, we're not gettin nowhere. And knowing our luck we'll prob get bought once ****ing 13 other PL teams have already been taken over by megarich types so by that point we'll just be catching up. Typical.

I believe Tottenham fans should seriously drive Levy out of the club and force him to sell up... We nearly got taken over by those Canadian clowns, But dont know what went wrong there

Why is this levys fault? Or why does everyone want to blame someone in life when things aren't living up to there expectations?
Look at all the players we have brought during the window gio, bentley, pav, chas, gomes ect what has levy done wrong? Look at the money he puts back into the club and look at the strides we make, do you really want a sugar daddy to cheat your way to win the monopoly?
Ok we sold berbs and keane but they wanted to go so what can we do? Not levys fault 50million we got and levy/ramos/comolli are trying to bring in players who will improve us and not panick buy like we allways do.
Fact is man u and liverpool are bigger clubs than us and have been long before levy was chairman of spurs, berba isn't darren anderton so he has no loyalty to us except for his career.
I want players at the club who want to wear the shirt and if players don't they can feck off and imo that does not make it levys fault.

Levy is an absoloute champion, no way would I want some sugar daddy coming in, forcing players down Ramos' throat and ultimately sacking him for not winning the league.
We know deep down we have a good thing going here, long may it last and bloom.

The only thing that has pissed me of with Levy is the Arshavin deal, I liked the idea of him giving us the money for Gomes, Modric, Gio, Bentley exc...

Im not saying it is levy's fault, my thinking is that if we dont achieve CL football soonish our level of spending wont be able continue.

Levy is not to blame in all this, its the FA and Manure, its about time someone at the FA had the balls to say "you can't do that" and slap a points deduction on any team deemed to be tapping up or unsettling another teams players.
Sod waiting for a team to scream, they are the governing body, they can see whats going on and they need to get a hold of it to ensure that its an even playing field for all teams.

Yes your right it does stink of negativity and I'm the one who posted it, but the point i'm trying to make is, as long as Levy's in charge, spurs will always sell their best players for big money. The fact is Bale is one of the best prospects we have and probably will be worth the most come the end of the season. He was linked to United before he came to us and I'm sure old red nose is keeping tabs on him. Can you honestly say that if we recieved a 30m bid for bale, from man ure, levy would reject it?

I dont know, if he handed in a transfer request, possibly. The fact is, the likes of Berbatov and Keane left because they wanted to. They did put in a transfer request. At the end of the day, how can you hold on to players like that? I know many of you will probably say, what about C. Ronaldo. Yes, it was good work that ferguson held on to him, but Utd are the biggest club in the world and can offer him CL football. We cant offer anyone that. We promised Berbatov it two years ago but failed to deliver. The fact is, in order to hold on to the top players we need to do it on the pitch whilst we have them. I believe we can. But we cant sit around and feel sorry for ourselves everytime a good player leaves. We move on and keep the optimism. People are saying that 'we're gonna be 14th come jan' and 'levy only cares about business'. I mean, what the hell kind of attitude is that? The fans are the biggest and most important thing in a football club and what they think and feel can have huge implications on the pitch. So far, our attitude stinks. It has for many years and it has shown.

It's a negative post and pointless.
You can all vote for Bale but your blinkers are ignoring the fact that he'd replace Evra. So one of the highest rated left-backs, that forced Heinze out the club, is going to suddenly be crap by this time next year?
Blame Levy all you want, the idiot that spent 16m on Modric, 15m on Bentley & 8mil on a keeper. What a fool.
'If it wasn't for Levy Berbatov would have never left Spurs', 'We are Man U's feeder club'. So he wouldn't have gone to Chelski? Or Barca? Or Real? Of course he would but they didn't want to shell out our asking price of 30mill, and chances are in the footballing community he may be perceived as a bit of trouble.
Do you all honestly believe that it was the board bending over to Man U that caused Berbatov to leave?
You can cite Carrick and him never being replaced who's fault was that? Take a pick from Jol, Commoli, Levy, a combination of or all three. Levy wouldn't be in any of the permutations in my opinion.

100% agree. Seems that everyone is looking for a scapegoat for this whole saga. Unfortunately, the fact is that we arent good enough yet to hold onto these players. But we can be. So lets suck it up, support the team and make it happen. Berbatovs gone. Keanes gone. F u c k them, lets show them what they left behind.
