Ok, this has been around a lot of forums, so alot of you may have already see it, but haven't seen it posted here yet. Steve Gibson's response is very amusing and has put my opinion of him higher.

Very funny, it's nice to see that sometimes these chairman have a sense of humour. Actually I should of never doubted Gibson had a sense of humour after all the money he's invested in Boro.

Nice to see Gibson is in touch with the real world and has a sense of humour unlike a lot of football chairman I.E Dein

Brilliant! Reminds me of the Henry Root Letters where a humourist going by the name of Henry Root applied for all manner of jobs well above his capabilities and offered advice to all manner of prominent members of society, often enclosing a pound as a way of ingratiation. The letters were hilarious, but the replies were even funnier. Anyone else read these?
