I'll vote for either Ricky Villas goal in the FA cup final or Ginolas against Barnsley...

I think you have to quantify 'goal'.
If it were me i'd discount 'direct freekick' goals, If only because Gazza is going to win it hands down. Yes it was a great freekick at wembley in a semi-final and against the england goal keeper but all that aside,it being against the scum means that it holds a special place in all our hearts.
For me the best goal i've seen was a Hoddle volley V Man U @ WHL, league cup mid 70's. As i recall there seemed to be a time delay from when the ball smashed past bailey to when the crowd reacted. It was unbelievable.

im having a terrible time trying to remember a certain Ginola goal which i'd like to vote for.
I cant remember the opposition but we it was at home and its comparable and possibly greater than his Barnsley goal. it was of a similar nature but the finish was a tad more emphatic.
help.

yeah think your right , if only because i was watching thinking hes going to shoot , everyone knows hes going to shoot , he'll never score from there surely , hell never try it , hes going to , cant beat seamen from there , he looks like hes going to shoot , hes onlyu bloody shot , hes only bloody SCORED and then it all went crazy ,
all those things running through my head , and saying to my mates , seemed like the build up to taking the free kick took ages
