Defoe is better than Saviola, in my opinion anyway.

I concur with your view; and in particular it is not certain how Savvy he is to the EPL whereas Defoe is a proven performer here.

The player I'd compare Saviola to most is Robbie Keane. In actual fact Robbie is as good if not better than Saviola & is cheaper (in terms of wages) and we don't have to shell out 7 million + to get him !!!!

Our money is definately best spent elsewhere.
