a bit late in the day , but had a few punts on the world cup ,

sold serbia on the 100 index at 5 , in the toughest group i think , though a good qualification record cant see them scoring the goals to get through . maybe pick up a couple of draws if lucky.

bought mexico at 17 , easy group , points to make once through

bought switz at 12 , can see them winning group , tough next round against ukraine or spain but will be able to sell em back and make at least 5 points

bought crouch goals at 2 , ecven though not best in the air , our 1st game against paraguay should give him several oppertunities as they only have a couple of players at 6 ft or over , and he is obviously supremely confident at mom

backed brazil at 3-1 , well you just have to i think , backed argies at 8-1 , see them at least get to semis and then will probably lay the bet off lock in some cash .

anyone have any other views ?

well i think swiss had the chances to win , and bit more quality upfront would have done , as regards brazil , game too late for me to watch but again croatia werent outclassed and the brazil keeper quite busy by all reports .

on the wrong side of sweden bet sold at 12 now 18-20 ,

and took yelloiw cards at 275 on opening , just sold back at 300 so locked in nice profit

desperately need ukraine to beat italy tonight , sold italy last week and bought ukraine at start , though already in the money on ukraine , this result would make me money on italy as well while pushing ukraine even further . and cap a succesful world cup , with two bets left running having backed brazil and the argies pre tournament .
but doesnt look likely before anyone says it .
