As long as we don't give Edman the ball 40 yards out. he may hit a suckerpunch a la liverpool a while back!
Lennon will probably only get half hour anyway.

Only because he plays in the same position as Beckham!
But i think half an hour could be enough,
all those tired legs & Lennons pace

Lennon won't play at all, Sven doesn't have that much sense remember.

If we're looking shit... which is a good possibilty, he'll bring on Lennon. If anything to get the fans off his back.

Obviously Lennon would be a handfull for Edman, but when i've seen the swedish national team he actualy plays pretty well.. He's pretty offensive and he has a good left foot... And sweden got a solid team with 3 star players.. Everything depends on the "golden three" as they call them in sweden, Henke Larsson, Ibrahimovic and Ljungberg...
Not that I think it's possible but in sweden their are pretty confident they can at least make it to the semi- finals... Some even think they can go all the way if the "golden three" are at the top of their game...

I think Sweden will finish top of our group. Sorry to be the negative one, but I see Sven ****ing us up so badly.

i don't care if we beat germany or poland, it would be fun to beat germany at home. No good being nervous about it, you gotta win the hard games too. I don't think sweden have much pace at the back and they sure as hell ain't got anyone to mark crouchy. We should be ok. We really do have a chance this time, the biggest hold back will probably be sven or his crappy striker selection.

If England don't make at least the semis u can definately say they've had a bad tourney. All the top teams are so evenly matched that you can't separate the top4/5.

We're carrying 2 liabilities in ****ball and Walcott, and with Owen, Rooney and Arseley Cole back from injury and suspect, I doubt we'll make it that far.

I prefer to stay optimistic. It keeps me in a good mood rather than depressed that Sven is still in charge.

I look at it this way. Be pessimistic and will be overjoyed when something positive happens; like Sven dropping dead all of a sudden.
