I think most people with any sense know we're going to be a major force next season. Ramos is well respected by everyone in the game and I think he'll surprise us all with the quality of player he'll beable to attract to this team. World class players want to work with world class managers and he's definately top notch. I just wish we didn't have to wait 3 or 4 months to find out who we get I expect big changes in the summer.

Yea, that's spot on.

The most important factors over the medium to long term at a football club are the manager and the potential of the club. We are blessed with both in high measures and the sky's the limit really.

And we have the money to spend now too.
