how many go to away games?
How many go to home games from outside a 40 mile radius?
How many pay for their own tickets rather than go with their Dad, nothing wrong with that by the way , good dad for taking them i say? :D

Member, will make one decent away trip a season whilst going to as many home games as I can get to. Last season was maybe about 10.
Only sit in East Upper.

not really, just adding to the questions , i mean if WHL is virtually on your doorstep its not so much work getting there and back as if you have to travel in a fair distance = time/ money/ delays.
Away games, always loved them, cant beat the crack on the footy specials and youre often committing a whole day to Spurs , sometimes even longer ie midweek up north.
And the dad thing, i love it when dads takes thier kids to Spurs, theyre our future after all.
End of day season ticket holder and members , yeh great, but thats why theres so many spare seats at later cup games, cos the vouchers have run out and they then have to pay for the game= many spaces at our last couple of home UEFA games and Reading replay.

Unless one actually resides in N17 getting to the ground is becoming increasingly fraught and expensive. I live no more than 10 miles from the ground and it takes me at least 45 minutes to drive to the Lane, £10 to park the car, £5 for a few pints and £3 for a program on top of my ticket. We ST holders are entitled to say "enough is enough" when the club ask for £70 for an extra ticket when all other clubs actually reward the loyalty of their regular attendees. Who's at fault, the ticket holders who pay upto £1,250 each season or the club who try to screw another couple of hundred quid out of their exceptionally loyal supporters?
How many games have you actually been to in the past three or four seasons?

See i've never had any problems getting to the ground, half hour in the car, no more than 45, usually the only trouble I have is getting through the tunnel for midweek games.

Was a season ticket holder many years ago but now I live off the coast of the UK it is just way to expensive.
£200 for a flight to London .. £40 ticket ... £50 hotel for the night .. god knows how much for beer and food etc.
Its cheaper for me to go to Corfu for a week then it is to go to a Spurs match at the Lane.
Can get to the away matches at Liverpool, Everton, Man Utd/City Blackburn and Wigan in a day though and been to those.

Totally agree hence my paragraph in my post , ST holders should get all cup matches allowed IMO except possibly the semis/ final

None see above why, but instead we've been on some fantastic holidays and are getting married and paying for majority of it ourselves and watched all the games on PC/TV. i know which id rather do . :D
Im not prepared to give my money to be used/wasted on ridiculous wages/ bonuses/ agents fees etc etc . Id rather spend it on me and my bird than give it to footballers to spend on them and their birds.

I live in birmingham and to get to home games it cost about £120 every game i go to!!
Tickets
Petrol
Beer/food
****ing Parking
All adds up!! I'd love to go to away games and sit in the spurs end but unless you're a season ticket holder its not gonna happen so i have to sit in the oppositions end which i hate doing but its the only way i can get to see my beloved team

Fair enough, can't argue with that at all, I was just curious as to how often you go.
BTW, just for the record, the gate money doesn't matter a hoot to the club, they could close the gates tommorrow and play behind closed doors and would still pay the wage bill three or four times over.:(
Congrats on getting engaged, when's the big day? Don't do what I've done, check the fixture list beforehand and phone the FA to see when they're planning England/cup games :( ;).

Well I have been to two prem home games this season; Man City & Fulham. Always go for the East Upper...but I fly from Belfast so it gets pretty expensive but I can stay with my sister or my aunt who both live in London and make a weekend out of it. Going to Pompey at home next.

season ticket holder in the south upper block42 untill the end of '03 then got disillutioned with the team and the board, got myself a membership and still go to plenty of games! but lets just remember one thing if you have a season ticket it does not make you any more loyal than me or anybody else who loves the spurs, as i have been in regular attendance since 1980 at home, away and abroad so i think i've earned MY SPURS! pardon the pun. I'm a member! Just recently become one, last month! Was a poor student last year, went to a couple of games a season when I could, but now I can afford to be a member and when I don't have footy myself on a Saturday I shall be at the Lane! Going Prague next week and Pompey on 22nd of March!
