calderwood will be a prem manager one day, maybe with forest. he's served his apprenticeship the hard way, starting at spurs reserve level.

we could use this as another club to loan out youngsters in need of experience i.e. Terry Dixon etc. hopefully he'll be back at the lane one day

Agreed, he's done it at the lower levels and he looks to have what it takes to take forest back to where they belong.
