Yea I jus caught a bit of the replay, he's done the right thing from where im sitting, he's entitled to compensation. Dowie knew exactly where he was going and gave false reasons.

Iain Dowie has acted very badly in all this. Its just another case of a distinct lack of integrity in football.

Simon Jordan is a ******. Plain and simple. If he's entitled to compo then good on him for going for it, but it don't change the fact that the guy's a ****.

True, Dowie has been a bit of a shite, but people like Jordan anger me, involved in football for the politics and the money, spewing out all his legal bullshit like he's ****in Ally McBeal or something......he don't kno the first thing about football, did anyone see him in that charity match recently? My 10 year old brother would have made him look like Paolo Trammezani!!! Actually, he kinda did that himself, he really was that bad. Co-ordination, skill, back of the net....all things Jordan has no knowledge on!

Dowie did act very poorly and in this instance Simon Jordan was spot on. as a chairman i actually like him, i think football could do with more people like him. he's passionate, dedicated to his club and im sure most Palace fans will agree he has done very well for the club

So well that they are an established Premiership club. I'll agree slightly, on the basis that he somehow got £8.6M for Andrew Johnson.
