Ok, lots and lots of transfer speculation going on and naming of players. Problem with that is they might be good for the club they are playing at now, but that does not mean it will rub off at Spurs. The premiership is a totally different kind of football than any other league, and some players can hack it, and others can't. I'm not surprised at all Mido has settled because the way he plays is so British like it's a perfect match. He is a bad boy for other clubs because they are....well.....all a bit sissy really :p

Anyway, without naming names, rather just the position, which position do you feel needs the most strength and this is where we should spend the majority of cash?

For me, it should be a natural left winger.

I'm not sure really. I think Reid has alot to offer but has just been stuffed by injury. Personally i still think we lack that one player in centre mid who can link up the play between carrick and the strikers. We need more options that hoofing it to Mido. Murphy may be able to do that, i don't know, but we need some creative attacking support from the centre of midfield. Carrick can't be expected to keep pumping out genius passes.

i had serious doubts about Y.P.Lee for a few months as although he's fast and skillful he's a poor crosser and his tackling could be improved but he has improved and i like him and the fact he nevershy's away from possession. im now of the opinion that a left winger is the priority as Lennon is more suited to the right as is Routledge and we need someone more reliable and in better shape than Reid. Jackson is nowhere near good enough, reserves at best for him

If we get Pedersen, we'll be set.

i'll carry on the trend and say a left winger. i believe that this arango guy from mallorca could be the one we buy and apparently he's very quick, skillful and has an eye for goal.

Gamst Pedersen without a doubt. WITHOUT A DOUBT. He's great, wonderful, skilful, blindin', quality, let me find my thesaurus...

Got crap hair though.

guily whos at barca but hardly settltd and not playing..diego at porto.. not playing a lot either..young from watford..good wide player and only 20yrs..we shold be investing in players of the calibre of mort gambst pederson and sisoko of liverpool..skillful and athletic..and passionate.. sisoko makes so many challenges and still retains possesion and plays positive passes..and pederson always shows and wants the ball...

Left wing is the main agenda as it would make Y P Lee job alot easier, I rate Lee and believe a good left footed winger would help him out alot. Right back is another position that we could use a new starter in, because Kelly is off in the summer(thank goodness) and Salty is a back up at best. Center back is another priority as Dawson and King need someone to compete with them, I would like someone in the Carragher mould who is versitile and can play anywere across the back. Finally a new big man up front would be nice so Mido would not be a definate starter in most games if we ever sign him.

LW- Pedersen or Van der Vaart would be nice
RB- I don't have a clue
CB- Kompany or Micah Richards would be class
St- Torres or Kuyt would be perfect but expensive
