Im becoming a fan of his, i don't agree with people who think we should buy him because i don't think he is in our class.
But i like his persona and would like more players like him with his attitude around our club. This is were are national side goes wrong there are no dave kitsons anymore!:(

refreshing article , unfortunatly guys with that attitude are few and far between in the top echelons of football , or at least are not vocal or "newsworthy " enough for our gutter ridden red top press
i would much rather read his views on football ( and his ilk ) than be "entertained "by learning how many ovens defoe has in his kitchen , or how much anton ferdinands watch cost , or how many hookers (er.. er... er... sorry meant chestnuts) the man utd players have roasted over the festive period .
proper pros like him should be the backbone of the fa , not a bunch of cliquey, fat cat , cumguzzeling , surrender monkeyish old boy network that we have now .

YEp totally agree
like the Villa game, it was only a small thing but Petrov and LEe had a good tussle at one point with LEe doing a really good block where he could have got injured and there could have been come over reactions from both players and conceding a corner. Petrov bent down , picked LEe up and patted him to check he was ok and say like good challenge etc and it was like really good sports stuff that should be comended on all parts but it wasnt even mentioned by the commentators, yet if there had been a reaction theyd have been all over it liek a rash, NOTE more of the good positive stuff

i love his fresh approach to the game... he hasnt been caught up in the footballer-fame-bandwagon and i respect that 110%.
Fair play to the lad...
Love to see him bag some more goals for reading (not against us though lol)
