It's quite simple. He was pants overall under Jol. His engine and pace are so good though that he gets forward so often that he does get some goals.

Now, there is talent there and I think far better tactics and coaching are going to help him a great deal. I've a feeling Ramos will turn him into a real player. He's already had 2 very good games out of 4.

I'm very optimistic, but I'm still not holding my breath. The lad has so much potential, he has the ability to be a real player with tremendous stamina and surging runs.

It would be like a great new signing if Ramos could get the best from JJ.
