arse bender because Ramos has a knack for signing gems on the cheap, his teams play fast attacking football, and his teams have great physical conditioning enabling them to run you off the park for 90+ minutes alot like the ****ing gooners right know.

I would say arsene as they both seem to get the best out of there players and have great attacking styles of play. They are both fair to there players and if you do well who ever you are, you get to keep your place in the team.
But he seems to have a mourinho streak in him as he once took of a player who he felt was having a bad game and played with ten men! :)

Id have to go for Arsene Wenger as well. Like Keanoldinho said, his teams play fast attacking football that generally gets results and the fitness levels are always top notch. He also seems to believe that you have to be mentally strong as well as physically strong. Ramos also seems to be quite an innovate coach .
Is it just me or does he remind you a little bit of brian clough with some of his unusual methods and slightly unconventional decisions during matches?

I think he's most like Wenger in that he likes to move the ball very quickly. He doesn't like people holding onto it for any length. The ball has to be moving.
But he is like Fergie in that he likes to attack the space out wide and get early balls in. Plus of course Fergie is also an avid exponent of the passing game, though not as strict about holding onto it for long as Wenger is.
All three like to have attacking full backs too and are astute with their substitutions, that often turn a game.
In short, I think he a bit of both in him. I'm really excited because I honestly have been a HUGE fan of his for a while now and he is quite literally would be my first choice or Ferguson.
I still would have slight concerns with Wenger over his lack of width in midfield, although they no longer have limited one-dimensional break away tactics and play sublime football.
Ramos also seems to share a relationship with players like Wenger has, a warm authoritarion who is close to the players. I get the impression Fergie is more of a strict father type figure, but of course still they are his lads.
