Just a thought,
Kaboul, when bought, was reported to be a CB/DM, I would love to see this guy given a game in the side in the centre of the park. Big, strong, comfortable on the ball, defensively astute. I know a lot of people say we are crying out for a leader in the centre of ther park. I believe the answer here may already be at the club.
Maybe we have to wait for Leds to get himself fit before we reshuffle the defense again, but with Kaboul holding, we could have IMO Huddlestone given more licence to get forward, though whoever partners YK in the middle would automatically get the licence to attack more.
What do u reckon?

People have questioned his pace.
Another Tom Huddlestone perhaps.

I dont think he's that slow.
I'd love to see JK as a defensive midfielder for a run of games if ledley comes back.

He's got a rocket shot too and unlike Huddlestone he's not super laid back you can see he gives 100% every game. I think Zokora & JJ with Lennon and Bale on the wings is our best midfield by far at the minute but I don't think we've actually started 1 game like this
Lennon Zokora JJ Bale
it's flexible, balanced, and not really light weight as Zoko, JJ, and Bale will all get stuck in.

Think he flatters to deceive at centre back.
At first it was something I wanted to see and would encourage it. The more I see him it is still something I want to see, but it's also something I don't think will work very well.

He looks like he could be like Desailly, comfortable in a few positions.
He may bring out the best in JJ, but who knows.

I have not heard anyone question his pace i actually think he is pretty quick for a cb especially when he dribbles from defence and carries on his run.
I think its easy to look at him and think he can play cm, but come on guys how desperate must be be to be mulling over the question can he play dm?
I think hes a young guy who will make mistakes but i think he could turn into one of the best cb out in europe. Hes not ruthless enough and he is to relaxed at times when in posession of the ball.
After the liverpool game i feel zokora and jj can play togeather and that was to do with the fact that we had width wide (aprt from tainio).
As keano just said i would like to see lenno, zokora, jj, bale in midfield.
