The same team who looked rubbish, and the same team we beat in the 1st round of the UEFA last year, are in the Champions League knocking out Ajax. We should be there if these chumps are. Sadly we're not good enough in the league we're in.

Does that mean that Ajax are now in the Uefa Cup?

Cheers choda, nice to know I'm appreciated by someone!!! :p

As for being revved up, I'm in a state of apathy over the state of our beloved side and am desperately in need of a morale boost. Victory in our next two games would be a good start.

Can anyone tell me, anyone at all, if we are seriously looking at signing a left sided player or has the Club decided that Bale, BAE and Lee are sufficient for the left? My sources have gone a bit quiet.

BTW, concerning the shenanigans last week, has anyone read this article?

I feeling apathetic myself. I don't know if you've read my views on Jol's tactics and team selection but I am very dubious about whether he is good enough to break the top 4.

I'm depressed because I was looking forward to spurs this year so much and it's the same old problems. I thought he just couldn't keep loving JJ, picking malbranque and not getting enough wingers. Not to mention the soft goals and stopping playing when ahead (well that hasn't happened yet).

I think he deserved time to develop and has done well, but I can't see us going forward like this. I don't think Jol is up to it really. At the same time he probably deserves his crack at it, but to be honest I think we are in for the same mixed bag.

surely that shows how dumb the CL qualification is ,Platini wants more minnows in at the expense of english/spanish etc but thats just crazy , it will be 3 points games whoever gets muppets like them.

Bit of a box social in here! Don't think ajax will drop down, thats only in the group stages. Slavia were bloody rubbish! I had the misfortune of being in prague watching us play everton just before the arse were playing sparta.... didn't notice the 200 gooners in the pub until the free quick went in!
