Its obvious whats happened here. On waiting on a work permit the deal wasn't complete..apparently he's had three training sessions this week and one today!..they have been put off from what they have seen in training!...

Surely we can just flog them to West Ham, they're buying anything that moves at the moment, although that might rule mido out!

What a plank. I'd say Jol is delighted with him too.

Sorry for the copy and paste, but this is shamelessly nicked from another site.
From Il PAdrino on FTL:
I have been told that there was a bust up at Brum training this morning.
It appears that from Tuesday there has been something of a simmering feud between the existing camp and Ghaly who went there with a big-time charlie attitude....
Bruce and Black who have prided themselves on the unity of the squad had canvassed opinion on the attitude of the player with a few of the senior pro's - Maik T,DJ and Nafti - and the feedback was not good...
This morning so I am told Ghaly went over the top on Muamba-no serious injury but Jaidi and Nafti and a few others stepped in...
You dont have to be Henry Kissinger to realise there may be tension between North Africans and the Tunisians who have integrated very well and who are very well liked took exception to Ghalys attitude and ribbing of some of the younger lads...
Bruce has the perfect opt out e.g the work permit and I understand after talks with DG and KB Ghaly was sent packing....
My initial guess is Bruce has been told he can have the funds to use elsewhere and will actually use this to bond even more closely a tightly knit unit....
Those are the facts as I have heard them...

Basically the blokes a total cock. Went there, had no respect for Bruce or his team-mates, couldn't be arsed to do training and generally acted like the ****** that he is. Fair play to Bruce for telling him where to go
