Apparently Petrov had a very good game last night. Sven's actually assembling a decent squad there (albeit foreign) I can see the Wigans/Fulhams/Boro type teams really struggling this year as I see the likes of WHam, Man City & Newcastle are going to be joining B'Burn, Everton & Pompey in the top 10 this year.

I'm v interested to see if they gel and if any of these players (most of whom I've never heard of) are any good. Shitty fans are talking about Europe already, but I think that would be next season at the earliest.

They're buying all these foreign players and i dont think thats what they need then again english players have exaggerated prices

Kind of WW, he's a favourite of Dunga, thus is more combative and hard working than a Ronaldinho/Kaka type. But being Brazilian he is certainly no donkey. Given that and the fact he's been playing in Russia and therefore can cope with foreign culture and the cold, I would expect him to do better in England than any other Brazilian I've seen over here (don't say Juninho, Boro got relegated, not what I call a success!)

Elano is a very good player he can hit a quality freekick too.

Yeah i see what your saying if you can handle the russian winter then you can handle bloody anything! Maybe its the way Dunga has him playing because he's very disciplined then again i suppose if u have kaka et all you'll just let them play
