hi all , new to this site .
been a spurs supporter since i was about 7 or 8 . 1st started going to whl at about 8yrs old , gravitated up (i know illogical to do )to the shelf age about 11 or 12 .
fav player as a kid was steve perryman, worshipped hoddle next ,was local boy to me ,( i used to play against his brother karl quite a bit ) , then there was gazza , enough said.
unfortunately since i had couple of kids , what with their football careers starting and the dying embers of mine still sputtering , i havent reaaly been a fixture at whl since the late 90s and since moving to asia few years back only manage to get there about once or twice a season if i am lucky .
anyway quite a big spurs fan base amongst the expats over here and we get to see alot of their games live , though the evening games in the uk mean a long stretch in the pub to wait for them to come on , tough life i know .
despite bitter end to the season , great to see a bit more consistancy to the team and only a few signings of being very good .
cant wait till next season .
