okay i was just reading another report on ol reo-cocker and it said basically...
the 23 yr old is concentrating on the u-21's tourniment this summer
so just how old do you have to be - to be too old for the under-21's? :confused:

Theres some rule or something where they can have a couple players 23 and under in their squads.
I'm sure i remember Jamie Redknapp doing that....

yeh they have to be under 21 when the qualifying started or something , youre allowed 2? over age players

I was just about to type the same thing, i think U-21 eams are allowed two or three over-aged players. Redknapp, Anderton, Macmanaman and Bowyer all played for the U-21's as overaged players.
I think they should take Teddy to the U-21 Euro Championships!! :p

I thought there were under-21 'seasons' lasting two years and as long as ur under 21 at the end of that season you can stay til the end. Something like that anyway!
