Why should we be the only team in history who failed to qualify for the Champions League by a Lasagnia?

Does this mean the tests and investigations have shown something suspicious?

Levy must believe he has a reason to do this. 10 million for that matter.
Something's dodgy.

The FA have already responded saying that we played the fixture and the result stands, although the FA will reconveine tomorrow to consider levy's letter in more detail.

FA have just said the result stands but they will have a meeting. they have to see what David Dein wants to do.

what I find interesting is this "Majority of Premiership clubs (Arsenal and West Ham excluded probably) support a decision for a replay" Fingers crossed....

I was just chatting to a legal bloke who was telling me that it is entirely possible that the EPL have breached the Human Rights of the Spurs players by forcing them to work despite being plainly unwell.
As for the FA's asertion that the result stands because the game was played, I refer to my previous post, Gooners vs Seff Utd???!!! Maybe what the FA should really say is;
"We belive the result of the game on Sunday should stand because David Dein says so and what David Dein say, goes"
