Until last year, I have never had any reason to really dislike Arsenal. except that Spurs fans traditionally hate Arsenal. But being from South Wales, I have never really experienced that hatred. A few matches as a youngster yes, but none in recent years, unfortunately. The most notable point is that my brothers and father are all arsenal fans...I was the exception to the rule thanks to the majestic Jurgen Klinsmann and post-WC 94'. However, this season has opened my eyes, and I have become the biggest Goon-hater in South Wales. I will enjoy watching the Champions League final with my family and gloating as they did yesterday while Ronaldinho, Eto'o and co. destroy everything they represent, and in the aftermath poach the very player that is keeping Arsenal afloat. And then chant "**** OFF ARSENAL, **** OFF ARSENAL" as they slowly come apart from the seams.

If you're a Spurs fan, there is always reason to hate the Arse.

I'm not too surprised by the reaction of most of the Arsenal fans really. They were so terrified that we might actually finish above them and actually deserve it that they're relieved they managed to just stay on top.

The fact remains that we are now looking like a serious future prospect, and are only a few choice signings away from being a competitive top 4 team.

We've waited this long for anything even remotely like the fantastic effort that has been masterminded by Jol... i don't know about you guys, but i can handle another year of Arsenal fans talking shit if we continue as we are and achieve the things we were so close to this year.

I'm just looking forward to how Arsenal cope next season when Henry and Pires who scored 44 of 68 goals between them aren't there.

Interesting...

They might lose Fibreglass too. And Arsely Hole is good as gone. So is Pires. Judas is all washed up. They'll be lucky to come 6th.

Martin Jol is still the best Spurs manager I can remember and a good sport. Imagine the moaning of Ferguson, Mourinho or WENGER if yesterday had happened to them.....
