United have announced a £56.5million shirt sponsorship deal with US insurance and financial services organisation, American International Group, Inc. (AIG).
I wonder what sort of deal we'll get and with who?

That's less than thought - they were already supposed to have signed with Internet gambling firm Mansion for $60mil
We've been linked with CitiBank recently - I've even found a dodgy kit mock-up..

Had anyone heard of AIG before this sponsorship deal with Man Utd? If not, then that deal just worked for them big time as every football fan in the UK and probably Europe will know about them now.
I'm not sure when our sponsorship deal runs out or if it will be renewed as everything is speculation until it is officially annouced by the club but I can see why LG Electronics are linked to us. Korean based company, we won the Korean cup and we want to expand our global name, it all seems to tie in. New club badge, new club branding as the official site is now tottenhamhotspur.com
Either way, I bet we are not far off the same value as this Man Utd deal because it is all about advertising and not football.

I had! :)
Massively in favour of LG, they have a good Asian presence, tie-ups could be very beneficial.

There have been murmurings of a deal with Asian giants LG although i would rather we got a deal with a more upmarket franchise to reflect where we are aiming to go although at the end of the day the most lucrative offer will be accepted.
With the new sponsors, new badge and new kit suppliers, puma, next seasons kit should be interesting.

Their logo looks crap.
But if they pay enough cash i'm happy for them to ruin our kit. We're talking alot of money though.
