we need a top quality left winger in the summer. both Duff & Pedersen are top drawer and show the direction we are goin in as a club. which 1 would we rather sign. duff is a great player with pace and basically everything, Pedersen's also got it all including a killer free-kick and it seems the concept of shooting from dead-ball situations is one lost on our team. Who'd be better for us????

Defo Gamst Pedersen, great player, can't praise him enough. Taken the Prem by storm, we actually tried to buy this kid when Blackburn did, only they bidded too much and we didn't rate him that highly.

yeah thinnk he's a better footballer than duff, and duff is nearly always injured. How much did chelsea pay for him? i seem to recall 13m and he ain't worth the risk

On his day duff is one of the best in europe. He brings a lot more experience ( 2 premierships as well as champions league experience) .Jol seems to be able to make the most of a quality signing- perhaps he could get back to his best as an old fashioned winger rather than a left sided midfielder. I think duff would bring more big names .

I'll take Pedersen as Duff is too injury prone.

Pedersen. Agree with the Duff injury reasoning.

Yeah, prefer Duff, but injuries would piss us off.

When I think of Duff I always think about that game vs. Spain were he was absolutely awesome and carried the Eire team on his back. The guy can be amazing at times, but Pedersen is class to so I would be happy with either one

Pedersen. Entirely both footed and scores important goals.

Duff is a terrific player but is to lightweight hence so many injurys, Pederson has allready said he wants to stay at Blackburn ( big fish little pond?), I think Downing woild be a better buy

Seriously! I'm Norwegian, and I feel Gamst Pedersen is way overrated. He has yet to preform for the norwegian national team. He's not quick, and doesnt usually beat players. You'll also see that most of his goals come from freekicks. He has great corners though.

I wouldnt be upset if we get him, but seriously, when Duff's not injured he's world class, Gamst Pedersen is not. Easy as..

Hmm, interesting perspective from someone who you would have thought would be bias towards Mr. MGP.

At the end of the day I dont mind, but Duff and Keane linking up does sound great, although we already have Reidy and that aint worked too well, maybe Robbie's the reason Reid's still at the club....

There are 2 things against Duff. First, he is made of glass. Secondly even if healthy he's too inconsistent. Agree that on his day he is magic; but the question is when and how often is his day?

Yea obviously he is not, can you imagine a person made of glass? I'd stay at home all the time and live in a cushion world with the odd cushion lying around on big giant cushions.

I think Duff would have an excellent understanding with Robbie Keane. His injury record does seem to be a concern but if we got him for a decent price & acceptable wages (not the inflated salary Chelski pay him) then I'd take him.
