Mido mentions moving clubs...to Man Utd! I know it's only a comparison but come on - he almost joined City! Surely they are more his level.
I did think he did very well today though, good performance, deserved a goal.

Well, he mentions if he had to move clubs. Whadda ya gonna say? I could be on the bench for City or be in line behind several guys for ManU? Wouldn't say he deserved a goal because he almost manoeuvred a goal for Fulham. Amazingly he set it up and almost finished it! It certainly establishes a benchmark he can build upon.

That's true.
It was a good header though.
You see afterward when Robbo shouted at him '**** off back up there' and pointed up the pitch. It surprised me today how aggressive our players were to each other actually, within minutes Dawson blatantly told Robbo to **** off for not getting the call when he cleared it out. Even Jol was getting in the act.

If the net result of inter-team aggression is a place in the last eight then who is complaining! :)
Let's hope we can carry this fighting spirit with us to Goodison....

I agree completely about the agression. It's a shame that not one player noticed they needed to do that after the 2-2 draw with The Scum at the Lane!

Yes i saw daws telling him to **** offf and i love it i want them fighting for everything and all will be forgotten when they come off the pitch.
After the robbo and mido incident he then shouted "come on mido" showing a bit of encouragement which was good to see. I want the oys fighting for the cause and that massive pay packet.

Maybe they've been reading these pages and have come to the conclusion (like us) that a lot were living on last years reputations and performance's.
We'll see.
