In his post-match interview, talking about the final, Wengerphile said, words to the effect off.....

We will play a mix of experience and youth in the final, this cup is more about a learning experience for he younger players.

That really puts into context. We may well both be in transistion but last season was a blip on our part, they are still miles ahead. I'm really not sure what the answer is, but I'm certain choda or spurs61 will come up with a solution.

Start supporting someone else? Stop caring? Move to the US?

I asked for a solution, not the impossible!

No, you did ask for the impossible! If chucking close to £40 million in one season does n't do the trick.....

**Big sigh**

Hate Wengers attitude. So disrespectful to us and the League Cup. Which I happen to think is a decent cup competition

NEWS FLASH - Wenger's a vile **** and a dispicable human being.

Seems you'd forgotten.

But has his team playing ****ing good footy.

We need someone with his managerial skills with us. (Disclaimer, I'm not suggesting I was Wenger at the club, but someone who can get us playing Football to the level that those bastards played tonight)

This is the first time I have ever doubted Jol and it hurts.

its not down to one man.. its the politics and ethos of the club that need re-focusing.

I'll refrain from saying anything about Jol for now, suffice to say I've made my views on him perfectly clear for a long time. I'm just sad to be proved right. :( :(

As for Wenger, I will never having anything other than admiration for the way his side play football. Let's be honest, his character suits the goons down to the ground; they're a horrible, smug club with horrible, smug fans, horrible, smug players and a manager to boot.

They are smug. So smug that it makes us bitter.

Honest question guys, does being a bitter Spurs fan make you a bitter person in general? I'm starting to think it does. And my life isn't really that bad when all is said and done, but the bitterness that Spurs makes me feel, affects my overall character.

It certainly affects me when my ****ing team don't bother turning up again.

Hurts more coz he is right on the money... the **** has nailed us up 3 times this year... and 2 times with an understrength side....

Perhaps Martin should look at our scouting/youth development since the scum seem to be streets ahead....

Its only twice. We didnt lose the first leg. Despite being outplayed.

We didn't lose the first leg by score line, but pychologically....we got well and truly thumped.

Ginola's Son

Yep. But I think the way they were playing, we did well not to lose it.
