Another great performance by him again tonight for Middlesbrough. I know we've got a host of midfielders but he'd certainly do a job for us - especially with the amount of games we'll have next season.

Any thoughts?

A real motor in the midfield. I don't remember seeing him play a match where he didn't run his bollocks off.

Good point.. He'd be, in ChampMan speak, "A useful addition to the first team squad".

He is a fantasic player, no doubts.
Boro are half the side without him.

I would like to say a big "Well Done" to Boro and Boateng for their achievements in the UEFA cup. Good on em!

at the riverside boro have been magic and i watched both comebacks against basle and steau. they were great going forward and they could afford to play a 4-2-4 because 1 of the 2 midfielders was Boateng, as good a holding midfielder as Makalele in my book, i think the hudd could do a similar job for us

From what I've seen, Hudd seems to be a little bit slow. He's got good technique and a sense to make the killer pass; but may be too big and a little slow to get down to make a tackle.
