Apparently Tom Huddlestone is unhappy at Spurs due to the lack of first team opportunities at the club.
Rumours suggest he was particularly unhappy when we signed two new midfielders in Ghaly and Murphy.
Talks are expected between him and Jol.

Personally, I didnŽt saw him playing, but people rate him as Big prospect for the future, like A. Lennon is. I hope heŽll stay at WHL, cause heŽll get his share of first team football next year ( I really hope that weŽll not exit early in FA, CC competition like this year:( )

I always thought he would take over a bit from Davids in the second season, but then we went and bought Ghaly and Murphy so now i'm not sure.
Sure hope he stays though.

He's a future prospect, by the way, when will Ghaly play!?

This is the wrong time of the season to be complaining. He should shut up, stop crying and prove himself next season. What does he expect? That is of course if its true!

If he was happy not to be playing then I would be concerned :D

personally I would keep Huddlestone and lose murphy and ghaly. Any player bought that doesnt make a first team start after 4 months means only one thing - West Ham will buy them the following season.

i hope we keep the Hudd, hes going to be a great player and is definately 1 for the future. the problem with this 2-tier system we employ is that most of the players are bought over Jol's head, this is clearly the case with Murphy and Ghaly. the purchase of Murphy was a very bad idea considering he's a huge confidence player and needs to be playing week in week out so i dont expect to see great things from him. im not going to give my Ghaly judgement until next year as we've yet to see him even make the bench. but we definately need to makesure Huddlestone stays, possibly a loan to another premiership club for next season would be a solution.

There's no substance to this story at all, nor is there any evidence. It's purely speculative & we should take it with a grain of salt. Very few 18-19 year olds can expect to play regular first team football, especially at a top 4side. I have no doubt the Hudd will be here next season & with our busier schedule will play ample amount of matches.

Players that Jol doesn't want aren't bought Comolli just figures out the small print and takes care of contract stuff so Jol can focus on the team.

I don't know that Jol decides who he wants & who he doesn't want, otherwise Comolli's job is redundent. He'd certainly be consulted as to what type of player he wants (& in some cases who in particular he wants) & Comolli does his thing.

If it is true and he is unhappy then lets loan him out for a year, preferably to Sheff United. I think they will struggle next season and maybe do a sunderland (hope they don't tho, 'cus there my second team.) I think it would do him more good at a struggling club, learning his trade, than say a team like wigan or villa who won't really be backs to the wall but are'nt really going anywhere either

I like that idea, I think it has real merit.

Hudd is already a good player but i think its fair to say hes down the pecking order, his loan to wolves went really well and his first team showings have been first rate. should davids leave and we move along some other squad filler this kind of player we need to keep - i suspect we will see some players leave in the next few months.

if were discussing loaning players to our 2nd club especially if they have their backs against the wall then i want us to loan players to my Oxford Utd - the U's are in serious trouble SERIOUS

Huddlestone is a huge prospect ..but surely we need to consolidate or position need year it's gonna be hard to progress him fast. Yeah loan him out but to premier league with a manager who is going to play him and improve him such as pardew , redknapp , pearce or benitez!!!!
